Registration for the Symposium and Pre-Symposium will be conducted through our registration form. Payment may be made via Netbanking /NEFT/SBCollect. Your registration will be considered complete only once the payment is successfully processed and you have uploaded all relevant proofs. You will receive a confirmation email after successful registration. For more information or general inquiries, please visit the conference website or contact bigfacilityiisr@gmail.com. The registration fees for the offline attendees covers attendance at all talks and panels for the respective conference, lunch and refreshments during coffee breaks (Academic & Industry), on all conference days. The early registration deadline is 18th May, 2025. After this date, participants are encouraged to do spot registration. For cancellation or registration modifications, please email bigfacilityiisr@gmail.com. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Refunds will be granted for cancellations received in writing by 19th May, 2025, minus a processing fee of Rs. 1000/-. No refunds will be issued after this date. Refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the symposium. Accommodation will be arranged on payment basis.
